How big are the Moozi blankets? 📏
Moozi blankets are 152 x 203cm - This is what we would call a double. The blanket is designed to sit on top of your bed and not hang down due to it's weight.
Are they washable? 🫧
Yes, Moozi blankets are machine washable. We recommend to wash on a very cool or handwash setting. Before washing please check your machines weight limit.

Are the Moozi blankets suitable for me? 💓
We recommend Moozi blankets using the '10% rule' which states the ideal weighed blanket for any given person weights around 10% of their body weight. There is some wiggle room, though.
For example, our 7kg blanket may be ideal for someone weighing 150lbs but it could also be perfect for any sleeper from 120lb upwards.
It isn't an exact science, it's all about your comfort levels, some people prefer more pressure, others less but after lots of research we found that the 7kg blanket is a near perfect fit for everyone and that's why it's our number 1 best seller.
Advisories ⚠️
At Moozi we champion responsible sleep practices and as such we recommend that anyone who has circulatory issues such as asthma, low blood pressure or type 2 diabetes should not use our blankets unless otherwise directed by a doctor. This also applies to sleep apnoea and other sleep - disordered breathing.

Step 1, scent
Sleep is a sensory experience and we forget the importance of good sleep hygiene. In todays fast-paced world, we are often left with little time to immerse ourselves into a healthy sleep routine. Sleep spray is the first step to signal to your brain that it is time for sleep. Moozi Pillow spray has been constructed to evoke a feeling of peace, calm and tranquillity. Our sleep sprays have strayed away from the traditional scent of lavender & chamomile. As lovely as they are for some - we found it undesirable and it infact it hindered our sleep. As a result, we spent one whole year curating our sleep sprays by working with expert perfumers to ensure a unique, conscious choice of beautiful notes that connect back to mother nature.

Step 2, sound
The second step in our sleep hygiene routine is guided sleep meditation. Inspired by nature, we have created five incredible sleep-scapes, each one uniquely created by professional sound technicians to help your body relax and unwind. Do you prefer the gentle sound of wind or the relaxing sound of the rain falling upon the leaves in the woodland? Or treat yourself to the sound of the soft crashing of waves against the rocks, an open, crackling fire or the white noise of space. We have a guided sleep hypnosis for you. Hypnosis for sleep will assist to quieten your consciousness and make way for true, deep, restorative sleep. Something that the modern, technological world makes harder and harder for us to achieve.

Step 3, touch
Here is our final step to deep and restorative sleep. Touch. By mimicking Deep Pressure Therapy the Moozi weighted blanket will apply compacted, controlled pressure to your whole body, acting as a reset button for your nervous system. When we experience this kind of pressure our brain releases chemicals such as serotonin and dopamine. Combine this with sleep spray and sleep hypnosis to immerse yourself into a sensory sleep experience.
