Sleep is a sensory experience and we forget the importance of good sleep hygiene. In todays fast-paced world, we are often left with little time to immerse ourselves into a healthy sleep routine. Sleep spray is the first step to signal to your brain that it is time for sleep. Moozi Pillow spray has been constructed to evoke a feeling of peace, calm and tranquillity. The second step in our sleep hygiene routine is guided sleep meditation. Inspired by nature, we have created five incredible sleep-scapes, each one uniquely created by professional sound technicians to help your body relax and unwind. Step 3, touch
Here is our final step to deep and restorative sleep. Touch. By mimicking Deep Pressure Therapy the Moozi weighted blanket will apply compacted, controlled pressure to your whole body, acting as a reset button for your nervous system.
